Not long to go now until Halloween is upon us. Are your little ones getting excited? What are they dressing up as this year? The day itself falls at the end of the school half-term holidays for most of us, so why not plan some spooky themed arts and crafts activities for your kids to do. This will help to keep them amused and occupied during the inevitable chilly and wet days. Also your house will be left looking super scary for all of those “Trick or Treater’s” knocking on your door.
There are so many fantastic Halloween inspired arts and crafts activities out there this year. Here are just a few to get you started:
You can create your own not-so-scary monsters with this activity – Invitation to make…MONSTERS!
Why not mix up some “Bubbling Witches Discovery Brew” for your kids to dip their hands into if they dare! This activity is only suitable for children who are past the stage of putting everything into their mouths as it does include non-edible elements.
These “Glitter Ghost Puppets” will make your walls look super spooky.
Painting Pumpkins seem to be very popular this year and here is just one of many great ideas on how you can enjoy this activity with your toddlers.
Have some fun making “Dancing Skeletons” with cotton buds.
Here is a great activity for your younger toddlers. Make a Spiders Web Discovery Basket
